after many weeks of meaning to go, but never quite getting down to it -
I finally went to my first yoga class this morning at 6:30.
i totally enjoyed it - a bit painfull at times, but i was actually a bit more flexible than I expected - must be some of the kung fu i used to do that is still engraved in my body to a lesser degree.
anyhoooo - i think i'll continue doing this.

sweet. yoga for geeks would be perfect for you. not implying you're a geek. but who else would use rails as their zaadz id? i rest my case.
I’m what you call a wannabe-geek. I’ve always tried being a geek, but i’m just naturally cool. :(
i’ll be getting a sweet MacBook Pro soon though - the last stages to geekdom is upon me.
also - i might be a bit out of the way for 'yoga for geeks'. my current class is full of geeks though - hence the 6:30am (before work) - and the instructor is really good - and a good friend, and mac user and is very geek friendly.
Hey FP!
I've just returned to a regular yoga practice after 3.5 years of trying it at home off an on. Bikram Yoga - the hot yogat! And very profitable, and some might say cultish…
One thing that hasn't changed in 3.5 years - I'm still the least flexible of them all. Still it feels damn good after!
I'm a mac user now too, as of yesterday :) With my new powerbook, I can now work from pubs and cafes'…woo hooo
macs, macs, macs, yap, yap, yap. whatev. can your mac DYB! ?
we'll soon find out
