   i hate this digicam&#39;s flash too - it&#39;s one of those that flashes about 17 times before it actually takes the picture. i think it is an anti spy feature designed to let everyone in the area (including low flying aircraft) know that a photo is about to be taken and that if they have something to hide that they do not want photographed they still have a couple of seconds to get it out of sight.<br /><br />
